Welcome to the Horseshoe Bend website.  Established in 1987, Horseshoe Bend is a prestigious, established community of families; a great place to live, raise children and enjoy life. Our community of 360 upscale and custom homes is located in the rolling hills just west of Nashville and lies between the Harpeth and Little Harpeth Rivers and next to Edwin Warner Park in northern Williamson County.  To learn more about our community, please visit the About Horseshoe Bend page.

This site is not only a resource for the residents of Horseshoe Bend, or soon-to-be residents, but also for prospective homeowners. Feel free to look around, but please understand that some of the content is restricted to our homeowners. When you see a "logon" page you will know that you have tried to access a restricted area.

Please check out our community website and contact our management office if you need assistance or cannot find answers to your questions.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Use of Common Areas and Assets- COVID-19 Pandemic
Get the latest from the TN DEPT of Health Here & Governor Here

With the state and local guidelines regarding use of public areas and facilities, the HSB HOA Board of Directors has issued restricted-use guidelines for our common area assets.  The clubhouse, which includes the association offices, and suites, is hereby closed until further notice.  This restriction meets the concerns related to safe practices and prevention of spreading the Covid-19 virus.  The Board of Directors always keeps the safety and wellness of homeowners and their guests their primary agenda.  This guideline will be reviewed thirty (30) days from now, at the April board meeting.

All contact directed to the BOD and to the management company should be by email or phone call.  No rentals of the clubhouse or the suites will be permitted until the BOD releases the common area assets for use.  If you have a reservation and have not already spoken to Joan Atkeison, please contact her for a full refund.  Joan is available by either phone or email during regular business hours.  It is suggested that possible future requests be postponed for sixty (60) days, again with a review next month by the BOD.

The playground area and the tennis courts will remain accessible. Pool area has Modified access as fo 6/4 Check Pool rules page for details, Please be aware that usage of these common areas are at your own risk, adhering to CDC guidelines and recommendations of state and local officials regarding social distancing.

On a separate note, the BOD would like to make all homeowners aware of a soil depression, commonly known as a sinkhole, that is in the farmed common area north of Tern Court.  The area has been sectioned off by an orange construction fence and signs stating "Danger".  The BOD is investigating corrective action methods and contractor proposals to rectify this situation.  Please alert your children to not venture to that area and keep pets at a safe distance.  The schedule for the repairs will be expedited as much as possible.

Our community works well together.  Should you have any questions or concerns, you are welcome to contact a BOD member or the management service.  Contact information is available on the HSB website.  Also, please check in with one another and let us know if anyone needs assistance.  Whether it is picking up extra groceries, dropping off medicine, or sharing a roll of toilet paper, we are here to help.

Stay Healthy and Safe,
