In addition to the scenic landscape and stately homes, Horseshoe Bend offers the finest in homeowner amenities, including a first class swimming pool, a beautiful clubhouse, two guest suites, six tennis courts, and a children's playground. Swimming, tennis, jogging, walking, playing in our playground, and hiking in the park or along the river -- it's all here for our homeowners to enjoy.
The Horseshoe Bend Clubhouse serves our community well. It not only houses our management offices and guest suites, it provides a first class venue for our homeowners for parties, get togethers, socials, meetings, etc. It features a large, furnished central area, a fully equipped kitchen, separate eating rooms, and a deck overlooking the pool. The Clubhouse may be reserved up to six months in advance - on a first-come first-served basis. Please Remember: No smoking
in any part of the clubhouse, or clubhouse deck area. This includes e-cigarettes and Vaping.
Each summer, Horseshoe Bend homeowners in good standing receive their personal key to the pool gate. The key enables them, and their accompanied guests, to use the pool from sunrise to 11 pm - seven days a week. The pool is typically open from the Memorial Day weekend through the Labor Day weekend. Please Remember: No smoking
in any part of the pool or clubhouse deck area. This includes e-cigarettes and Vaping.
The recently resurfaced HSB Tennis Courts are located next to the Clubhouse and are open year round for the enjoyment of our homeowners and their accompanied guests. There are four regulation courts plus a practice area - virtually ensuring a court is available when a homeowner wants to play.
Court Use: We do not use a scheduling system - the courts are available on a first-come basis. We do ask, however, that you limit play to 1 hour when all the courts are in use and others are waiting to play. Homeowners, please remember to lock up when you leave!
The Children's Playground (located behind the pool) is open all year for supervised play. There is enough equipment on the playground to keep even the most active child entertained for hours. Have Fun and Be Safe!
Parents are asked to accompany their children and ensure that they play safely. Bring a cold drink and sit at one of the several picnic tables - or make a day of it and bring the "fixins" for a bar-b-que. There are several pits available near the picnic tables. Please remember: No smoking
in any part of the playground. This includes e-cigarettes and Vaping.
The walking trail gives our neighborhood the opportunity to enjoy the natural spaces in the common area off Yearling Way and access to both the Harpeth and Little Harpeth River. Take a right turn on Polo Club/Yearling Way as you come in and you will see the walking trail signs posted on the right after passing the Rock Wall Road intersection.
The trail is for walking only, this means NO vehicles, scooters, bikes(including Unicycles), or skateboards. are allowed on the trail as posted. Pets are welcome on the trails but remember to take a bag to pick up after them.
We have a farmer who leases some of the common area for farming soybeans or corn crops. After the farmer harvests the crop you are welcome to explore the fields but while they are in you simply follow the trails that are marked on the Walking Map
We request No smoking in any part of the Walking trail. This includes e-cigarettes and Vaping.
If you have questions or would like to help maintain the foot path to access the Little Harpeth contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call Joan 615-370-8094.
